In June 2015 the home care service which generated revenue of £72.2 million and looks after approximately 13,000 people across the UK and employs around 6,000 staff members was sold to Mears Group.



It is the largest firm providing out-of-hours services in England services with more than ten million patients.It retained a £55 million contract to run the North East London Treatment Centre in Redbridge in September 2017, after a bid by Barking, Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust, after complaining about the conduct of Barking and Dagenham, Redbridge and Havering CCGs which ran the tendering process.

About the Job We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our established & friendly team at the Brighton Station Health Centre. The successful applicant will receive support, training opportunities and clinical supervision to be able to develop their career whilst working in a fast paced and challenging environment. The job operates on a 7 day rotating rota working 11.5hr shifts which ensures you know well in advance your days on and off enabling you to plan your life around your work. Salary up to £50,000 DOE 

 Key Responsibilities As an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner, you’ll be vital to the health centres success, assessing, diagnosing, treating and discharging patients autonomously every day. You’ll be responsible for providing an excellent standard of patient care and health promotion to the general public accessing urgent care services


 Qualifications •RGN •Degree level / Postgraduate level ANP/Specialist qualification or equivalent •Evidence of recent study •Recognised Nurse Prescribing Qualification •Postgraduate, e.g. ENB 998 Teaching /Mentorship course.
